Yes. TradeControl is built for NinjaTrader 8 and runs inside the platform.
How many simultaneous active market data sessions can I use?
Each User ID may have up to two simultaneous active market data sessions.
Is the Trial fully functional?
Yes. The Trial includes the full TradeControl Pro experience for 30 days.
What happens when the trial ends?
Access ends automatically after 30 days. The trial does not start a paid subscription or charge you automatically.
To keep using TradeControl Pro, you must explicitly choose a paid subscription.
Do I need to change my broker or data feed?
No. TradeControl runs locally inside NinjaTrader and does not replace your broker or data feed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.
Does TradeControl auto-trade or provide signals?
No. TradeControl is a manual, chart-first execution and risk-control workflow.
You decide when to trade and when to submit orders. It does not provide trading signals or automated strategies.
How do the guardrails and circuit breaker work?
Only the controls you enable are applied. Before submission, TradeControl can validate size, exposure, daily loss, and protective-stop requirements and block the trade when an enabled rule is violated.
When a configured limit is breached, the circuit breaker can stop new trades instead of relying on you to remember the rule during a session. Trading resumes only when you intentionally reset it.
